Cyber Project Manager

Our CyberPM will ensure that your integrated project management processes align with your business goals and security directives and are consistently applied across the business while working independently to ensure timely implementation and compliance with current government policies and directives related to security operations. Incorporating ideas and best practices from the IT Information Library (ITIL), CMMI for Services and CERT’s Incident Management Capability Metric, our approach helps ensure effective operations, continuing improvement and comprehensive performance measurement

We work with our Clients at a strategic and program level to help establish the requirements and viability of a potential project. Once established, we structure and facilitate the setting-up and initiation of that project.

Ensures the Cyber Security Program is being managed effectively per contract operating requirements

Develop and maintain a formal Information Systems Security Program

Ensure approved procedures are in place for clearing, purging, declassifying, and releasing system memory, media, and output.Ensure proper protection or corrective measures have been taken when an incident or vulnerability has been discovered within a system

Perform research and generate project classification guides to ensure compliance with national security and customer policies and directives.Generate and presents multi-level project briefings and security service/program documents

Develop and implement project security plans consistent with security and customer requirements.
